· Additional guests (more than two people) an additional $10.00 per night per person

· ONLY 1 nights stay and $50.00 refundable damage deposit will confirm your reservation

· All reservations will be confirmed in writing once the deposit has been received

· FULL REFUND if cancellation notice is given 7 days prior to date of scheduled arrival

· We request a minimum 2 night stay on weekend reservations, however exceptions can be made depending on the season & availability

· Peak seasons may have higher rates

· If a guest does not check in on their scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited

· Sorry, we cannot accommodate your pets, but we can recommend local boarding facilities

· Smoking is permitted only in exterior areas

· Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm

· Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am
